Lowest price guarantee
- Hoz offers to match the price from competitors within Singapore if clients find a much lower price being offered elsewhere.
For instances where client had already bought an item from Hoz and have discovered a lower price available with other competitors a refund on the price difference will be made available to our valued clients given the same terms.
Provided that such item will be brought back to Hoz within 15 days.
- The price match or price difference refund will be made on a 'like-for-like' basis with the emphasis on the items make and model of which will be applicable for one item only. This will also include the manufacturer's warranty as well as prevailing tax.
- Clients can make a request a price match through Hoz Digital Lock website, reach us through Hoz Digital Lock Facebook Page or contact us through WhatsApp.
- To provide proof of price, the client is requested to present a photograph or screenshot of the competitors offer be it an advertisement or a show of price on any social media platform. A link should be provided as for digital means and an address for any physical advertisements being made. Hoz will then make the necessary verification on the request and take steps to review the basis of the price from competitors.
- A refund will be given at 300 % in the case Hoz will not be able to match the price offered by competitors. Other than that, a price difference refund will be made on the same day as the request is made at our showroom. If such request is made through the website, this will take 3 working days at maximum to process.

Shipping and Returns
Orders typically take up to 2 days at most to process delivery and installation upon confirmation of order. Hoz is dedicated to render services on weekends and holidays. During the peak season and holiday periods, processing times may take up to 3 days.
For our customers around the world, we ship our products everywhere. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days upon confirmation is received. However it is important to note that we cannot control the delivery time taken by the services made by postage companies. With international shipping operations, most packages often experience idle time with respective customs that may take days and sometimes longer. Customers must be aware of the possible delay that will occur due to economic circumstance.
The shipping and handling charges by Hoz Digital Lock are not refundable unless determined (1) the charges obtained are true and justifiable; and (2) the digital lock is nonfunctional and/or fails to function significantly in compliance with the corresponding documentation either by no fault of the original customer or by no fault of a third party, including the restrictions and/or disqualification acts set out in the Hoz Digital Lock 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Tariffs, Taxes and Duties
*IMPORTANT: We cannot ensure that any customs taxes or duties will or will not be charged on you. Once the parcel reaches its destination country, any customs or import duties are charged. The owner of the parcel has to pay these charges. For local shipping, no custom taxes or duties are charged.
There will be no refund for digital locks, mild steel gate, doors and other products that will require an onsite installation. In the case there is no installation made and for international clients, the Hoz 30 – Day Guarantee Policy shall apply.
HOZ 30-DAY GUARANTEE POLICY
For justifiable reasons that client is unsatisfied with the purchase of an item from Hoz Digital Lock, a 30 day grace period will take effect from the date of delivery to request for a refund or return.
On an important note, all the following conditions must apply to get a refund:
- You must obtain a Return Verification Order form from Hoz Digital Lock website or from its Customer Service Team within thirty (30) days from the date of your purchase. To send a request for an RVO, go to hoz.sg/returnverification
- Hoz Digital Lock will verify the serial number of the digital lock from the date of purchase. When the serial number has been submitted to Hoz Digital Lock for your RVO request, it will not be qualified for any other warranty or guarantee.
- To be clear with an RVO request, only one (1) digital lock is allowed. Only one (1) digital lock is allowed per RVO shipping package both local and international. If you send more than one (1) digital lock for your RVO request, only one (1) will be refunded or replaced.
- The returned digital lock should be in its original packaging and in good physical condition, not broken or damaged.
- When you return the digital lock, all accessories that came with it should be included in its return.
- When returning, it should be shipped or delivered with the Hoz Digital Lock 30-Day RVO shipping label or RVO copy.
If the return of a digital lock to Hoz Digital Lock happens to have (a) no RVO request or (b) not all parts/accessories included in the original box, or (c) no Hoz Digital Lock RVO label; Hoz Digital Lock claims the right to reject the delivery of the return or decline refund or replacement. Hoz Digital Lock will not be responsible for the payment for the return of shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed and charged within one (1) week from the receipt and after product verification from Hoz Digital Lock.

Your use of the Service and registration is conditional upon your approval of these Terms and their compliance. Terms of Contract is applicable to the guests, customers and those who have access or using the Service.
You consent to be bound by those Terms by accessing and using website and its services. As such, that you disagree with any part of the Service then you cannot have access to it.
You will be required to provide some details related to your purchase including to full name, e-mail address, installation address and contact number if you choose to buy any product or service rendered accessible via the Service.
We claim the right to alter or substitute those Terms at any time at our absolute discretion. If a reform is substantive we must attempt to offer notice of 30 days before any new terms take effect. At our absolute discretion, we will determine what constitute a material change.

The Clients use of any content and any information given by the Client including user names and password, e-mail addresses, addresses, contact numbers, financial details (such as credit card numbers), details related to an employer name of the Client shared will not be given to any third parties like advertising companies and other similar entities. The information and other pertinent details shared with Hoz Digital Lock will be given the utmost care and competency relative to privacy. Under no circumstances can the Sites be used in such a way as (a) to harass, bully, threaten, abuse, discredit or even violate the rights or intrude any other’s party (but should not be limited to ads or owner’s right); (b) is fraudulent, illegal, or misleading; (c) offers confidential personal details unless expressly requested by Hoz Digital Lock, (d) involves malware or other unwanted advertising; (e) using technology or tools to access Hoz Digital Lock or Content not permitted by Hoz Digital Lock; (f) start or use any computerized system, such as “robots”, “spiders” or “offline writers” to connect Hoz Digital Lock or Content without restrictions; (g) tries to install viruses or any computer code, files, or programs that disrupt, disable or impair the functionality of any computer system, hardware, or telecommunication equipment; (h) tries to obtain unauthorized access to the Hoz Digital Lock computer network or user accounts; (i) encourages actions which may cause a criminal offense or result in civil liability; (j) breaches these Terms; (k) tries to harm, disable, overburden or disrupt Hoz Digital Lock servers or networks; (l) impersonate another individual or establishment or otherwise misuse your identity or association with another individual or entity; (m) failure to comply with relevant third-party terms (collectively Appropriate Use). Hoz Digital Lock claims the right, at its absolute discretion, to cancel any Client transaction, cancel any User’s involvement in Sites, delete Content, or take legal action with respect to Content or use of the Sites that Hoz Digital Lock fairly considers to be or may be in breach of these Terms, or Hoz Digital Lock policies including the Hoz Digital Lock Terms of Contract.
This waiver of liability extends to any harm or injury caused by failure to perform, mistake, omission, disruption, deletion, defect, delay of service or transmission, computer virus, failure of communication lines, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, modification or use of documents, whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct, negligence or for any other purpose of action. The customer expressly agrees that the company is not responsible for the defamatory, abusive or illegal actions of other customers or third parties, and that the risk of damage from the above rests solely with customers. Neither Hoz Digital Lock which is managed by Hoz Pte Ltd. nor any of its agents, associates or content providers shall be liable for any specific, unspecified consequential, unusual or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or from the failure to access or use the website, or from any violation of any guarantee. The Customer hereby agrees that all content on the service shall be subject to the provisions of this section.

The Sites can contain links to third-party websites (‘Other Sites’), which are not regulated by Hoz Digital Lock. The company gives no information and assumes no responsibility for the content, design or functionality of the Other Sites that are accessible by hyperlinks from the Sites or by links to the Sites. Hoz Digital Lock presents you with such links as a comfort and the use of any connection does not mean approval by Hoz Digital Lock of Other Sites or any affiliation with these Other Sites’ operators. You are liable for accessing and complying with the privacy policies and terms use displayed on any third party pages.
Hoz Digital Lock Payments enables buyers to choose various payment forms on hoz.sg, and smartphone applications and other services from Hoz Digital Lock. Clients of Hoz Digital Lock Payments can pay by credit card, debit card, Hoz Digital Lock Gift Card, Cash, other bank transfer services, PayPal and Google Play - all in their domestic Payment currencies. The policy outlines the privileges and responsibilities that you have while using such methods. That is a party of our Terms of Contract. You consent this Policy and our Terms of Contact when using Hoz Digital Lock Payments.

Hoz Digital Lock also provides promotions through e-mails, catalogs, and advertising. With on the country retail orders over $375, you will also get free delivery. As a registered member of Hoz Digital Lock, you may sometimes be entitled to receive e-mail promotions and deals that include inclusive exclusive free sample codes, free shipping, or other promotions.
**Please note that unreasonable violation or misuse of promotions and codes may lead to the cancellation of an order or object. Hoz Digital Lock that limit redemption to one per Client to allow equal redemption and distribution of promotions to all of our registered customers.
Each Hoz Digital Lock online promotion has a different alphanumeric code that you can use to redeem the promotion. A minimum purchase requirement for merchandise can apply (taxes and shipping are included). Please note that eGift Certificates and Gift Cards are not considered products and do not count against the minimum threshold for purchases. Enter this code in full during the checkout process in the promotion code section on the Payment Details tab. Promotion codes for Hoz Digital Lock are not case sensitive. Terms of Sale
